You can book a bus by contacting us by phone, email, using the form on our website, or through our mobile application.

If at least 15 minutes have passed since the scheduled bus arrival and the driver has not called to inform you of any potential delay, please contact our office by phone.

Please contact our office immediately to cancel your travel reservation.

According to our regulations, each passenger may bring the following free of charge:

a) Two pieces of luggage with a total weight of up to 40 kg and dimensions of a standard suitcase

b) One piece of small hand luggage with dimensions allowing it to be freely placed under the seat or on the shelf above the passenger’s seat. The size of hand luggage should not hinder the travel comfort of other passengers.

Any excess baggage must be declared during booking or when confirming the travel reservation. The driver has the right to refuse to take additional luggage if it has not been declared. An additional fee for excess baggage is determined individually.

There is no set time after which the driver takes a break. The number and duration of breaks depend on the need.
In accordance with our company’s profile, we provide passenger transportation. Luggage and its security are the responsibility of the client.
We do not transport cats. Dog transportation is possible, provided the animal has the appropriate documents for crossing the border (vaccination record and passport) and is transported in a suitable carrier. If you wish for your pet to travel next to you, an additional seat must be purchased, on which a blanket or other seat cover will be spread under the pet carrier. In the absence of required documents, the driver has the right to refuse to transport the dog. Dog transportation incurs an additional fee depending on the size of the carrier. Please contact our office to determine this fee. FOR SAFETY REASONS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TRANSPORT A DOG ON YOUR LAP.
Due to the specifics of our transport services, we adhere to the principle of ‘the earlier, the better.’ Generally, 2-4 days in advance is sufficient. However, during holiday periods, we recommend making reservations much earlier.
The departure time is provided the day before, and the driver will call 5-15 minutes before arriving at the specified address to inform you of their estimated arrival time. To ensure smooth arrivals, luggage and its transport to the bus are the responsibility of the client booking the transport.
